I can see myself faults I think it's only when you can properly see yourself you can correct your technique I filmed all these after my session because I remembered at the last minute and the squat rack wasn't free so I'll do that tomorrow.
I really try to get my back straight but when I lean over it just..bends haha! and what do you mean locking my core? and yeah I just lay flat shall I arc my back and what do you mean?
Squats was 50KG - Started to struggle a bit as I was bit sore from Rugby yesterday.
OHP 30KG - Again I struggles as Rugby killed me yesterday.
Deadlifts - Forgot what I did AGAIN stayed 40 AGAIN so I'm just going to make a bigger Jump Friday and I've actually recorded properly now bot just relying on my-what is clearly ****- memory.
Dunno what to do about the being sore and tired after Rugby situation as I can't change the days I go so I'm Just gunna have to man it.
Ahah I just keep a little note so I shouldn't be loosing track anymore but the lifts are getting quite a bit harder each week and I'm worried I'm going to load my weights one week and It's just not going to work and I won't lift them???
Thanks a lot guys! Ill try get some new videos up wednesday and friday and take one what you guys have said then see if there's anything else to improve! I still need to show my squats dead lifts and ohp my ohp.
What shoes you guys wearing to gym? I read on the form thread to wear good hard soled shoes and not trainers well I wear trainers? So what should I look at buying I don't want to risk injury??
I watched all the videos and just because I have watched the videos doesn't mean I'm going to be perfect right away and people wanted to see my videos so they could help me so I uploaded them
ergh what a **** few weeks I've had! Tonsillitis, Real bad flu, not being able to get to the gym and my phone being Robbed!
I've actually been able to go the gym the last week and a bit but I'm training at the gym at my rugby club now so me and my mates have our own keys we blast music and can just work there now I find it a lot cool. So this week its gone well and I usually use my phone to go onto the forum but because It's been robbed I wasn't able to and that's why I've been away but I should be back now and posting a lot more.
On the bright side I squatted 100KG! Today For the first time (pretty well too!) and deadlift 100KG too but I know it's expected to hit a lot higher weight on these exercises but I thought I'd share my happiness with my first 100KG lifts!

And when I get a phone I will do! My diet went out the window during the school Holidays too but I'll be sorting that out to.

Quick question anyway I'm going to buy some protein and I was on Myprotien with the 2.5KG pouch of whey isolate and 2.5KG of oats to mix and It's around £40 (shaker and scoop too) yet I can grab a 5KG bag or protien and carbs for just £6 extra called XL supplements is this any good? As I also really want to go to Leicester tigers awards night at the end of the month and I can't afford both so is XL going to be alright?
