Well done to Murray and Hingis on the doubles, it seems a late decision to pair up paid off handsomely. I didn't get to watch the match but it seems that Watson and Kontinen gave them a good game - one thing I don't understand about the seedings is why Watson/Kontinen were unseeded despite winning it last year? Did their form fall off a cliff immediately after that? But then even if that was the case then it's a bit odd for Hingis/Murray to be seeded #1 despite not having played together before.

Also congratulations to Whiley and Kamiji for their fourth straight Wimbledon title in the women's wheelchair doubles.

Had a few friends round today and really enjoyed watching the match. Big fan of Feds and really pleased. It wan't Cillic's day today but he should be proud. Nice to witness this big win from Federer.
