If you look at the amount of injuries this tournament and the stress players are having to put there body under just to compete at the highest levels, it really puts in to perspective what Federer is able to achieve at 35 years of age.

He's benefiting from not slogging his guts out all over the world. Had 6 months off (admittedly due to injury!) rocked up in Australia and won, skipped the whole clay court season to prepare for Wimby and here he is in the final.

I think Murray has suffered all this season from running around the world playing everything just to get World No 1 last year.
