Congratulations dude, good to see a forum member won this, looking forward to the pictures!![]()
I get what his saying, anyone could say they shop at Ocuk a lot. but where the post count can sometimes give a good idea if that person comes to ocuk a lot..So you would rather see it go to a forum member with a gazillion posts who never actually uses the shop?don't really see what post count has to do with anything, this was an OcUK competition not an OcUK forum competition.
Hi there,
I will be dropping you an email with all the details required for you to get the graphics card![]()
Congratz!!!
Holy Crap!! That's me! Yes I am a forum member although not very active unfortunately due to the usual work and family routine. This will definitely have me trying to do more thou.
I can't thank you enough, been struggling to save for a decent desktop! I will most definitely have photos for you and make good use of the card.
Do you need anything from me for verification?
yes. but I don't think he means long standing forum members. I think he just means someone with 500-1000+ posts, maybeThe comp is here to build the profile of ocuk, limiting it to long standing forum members would be a mistake.

I understand some people may be slightly bitter, you can see my join date is 2008. My low post count is because I signed up for forum long ago for help/support. Even used to use OCUK for business.
Anyway, here is a photo of what I have so far. Anyone know if I could fit the Ares II in a Define R4 with a Corsair H100i?

Exactly.... All credit and congrats to the winner but again ocuk this is another marketing fail.
For such a high value and more importantly 'rare' item I saw next to zero social media ripple. ' Big fat zero ' - you've really got to do more.
Heck it were me I would have live streamed the draw and ensured that it made waves.

Another Marketing fail? Sorry? didn't realise you had the entry inbox email. I'm pretty happy with multiple thousand entries of which many came not from the forums.
Graphics cards up to 295mm in length with the top HDD cage installed
ARES II is 299mm, remove the HDD cages and your good to go!
Congrats.
