You can fine tune Cleartype for your monitor.

Right click on the desktop -> Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> ClearType text.

With this tool you can tune the fonts to taste, beefing them up a bit or making them sharper etc.

Ive done that, but it either makes it look worse or the same, plus the monitor I have isnt the best for picture quality, I dont know why, maybe all 27" 1920x1080's are the same.

edit: Made the text a bit blacker by turning down the sharpness on the monitor, the text is still not as good as on win7 though.

Also can anyone see a thin grey line around the text, I see a grey line around the texts, mainly on the title of products on the amazon site.. Also the line around the text appears in coreldraw aswel.. Actually the grey line appears on most texts, but are harder to see. This is annoying because when your dealing with small text, half of its black and half is grey, making the text look very odd

It depends what type of mail account you are using, you won't get this option for POP or IMAP.

Actually I setup a talktalk account on IMAP today and it had the option, perhaps its only POP that wont do it.

Something is not right then,anyone got any ideas on how to get this option to show up,Ive added my gmail address and it uses the same as the yahoo one which is Imap,With my gmail i get this option.

Ive even uninstalled mail and installed it again but still no option.

Anybody know of any tools to strip out windows 10 to save some space? trying to shoehorn windows 10 anni on to a 16gb partition on a tablet.

Anyone got a Yahoo email account? Could you try it for me to see if you get the "As it arrives" option cheers

Using CCleaner I have gotten rid of most of the default apps that Microsoft want us to have such as maps, store etc but it's still 17.1Gb on my C drive.

Right im now fed up with not getting email straight away with yahoo and windows 10 mail app,So im now going to be using my gmail email,So how can i make gmail my default email?

No thats not it,If i click on a email link i will get a pop up screen from windows mail saying choose which account to send the email from.

I thought you meant some gmail app? If you have the windows mail app configured to use gmail, you'll have to check its settings.
