Install from USB

Here's a link to the tool that will put the ISO onto a USB stick in the quickest time.

Simple to use, change the 'create a bootable disk using' drop down to ISO, then point it at your download and click Start.

To burn the ISO to disc, download IMGBurn and select 'Write Image File to Disc' then point it down the download and click Burn

Ooh showing off an app called Icookbook, sounds interesting for me. Now if I can imported selected recipes from blogs/website. That's what I want, if not someone want to build me an app.

Downloaded, now time to learn how to dual boot for the first time.

if you want to dual boot, run setup.exe from the \sources folder. make sure your spare drive/partition is already formatted as ntfs and has a drive letter attched to it and then choose it during setup. job done.

my download ground to a halt so i retried with a download manager (an old app called net transport i used years ago) and it's maxing out nicely. :)

edit: 15 minutes on virgin 30Mbps. not too shabby. :p

People who have installed it already, would you mind putting up some screenshots of the new desktop as the ones I have seen have only been in 800x600 res.
