True, but if one uses the quick launch bar most common applications can be just clicked, which is even faster than the start menu. Less commonly used applications can be just as quick either way.
Very pretty but I doubt if many of us will see it. the cheapest way of getting Windows 8 is going to be a download from Microsoft for (roughly) £30 and burning a DVD or whatever. That nice packing is going to come in with the £50 price to start with. Shame really!
