We live in a temperate zone neither very hot nor very cold except for outliers. Enjoy while it lasts.
I'd say this time of year just about to start September is honestly more depressing than January, when you know any chance of a hot summer is gone, Autumn and Winter loom and the cold mornings start again.
Back to the grind and holidays over.
Cant wait for thosecold mornings start again.
I was thinking this yesterday. I mean, I cycled through wind, rain and snow last winter, looking forward to a nice summer of riding and I feel I've been cheated a bit. Already I'm back in long sleeves and feeling chilly when I head out... provided it's not actually raining. Now I'm thinking I've got to get through another winter and HOPE for a half-decent summer next year.I'd say this time of year just about to start September is honestly more depressing than January, when you know any chance of a hot summer is gone, Autumn and Winter loom and the cold mornings start again.

The possibility of a 50’C swing from winter to Summer is unheard of. We’re supposed to have a temperate climate. The idea of -10C to 40C shouldn’t happen to the UK.One week of summer, incoming! Just as the kids go back to school it looks like we're in for a lovely week.
Umm its summer.
Temps last few days been bliss.
Loving the 20-21C room temp and high teens outside temps.
PicsQuite chilly this morning, still warm in the evenings so will carry on sleeping starkers
You in Scotland? It's dropping to just above 10c. That's not warm!
Yesterday I needed a coat on. At least next week is looking more enjoyable.
