and yet you say nothing about diesel lorrys or cars ?? or the diesel genny powering amazon electric vans .. strangeBreathing in wood smoke in densely populated urban areas is really unpleasant. It isn’t exactly because they’ve no central heating that they do it.
It's not really about AWD in ice.No frost here 8.5 c outside, not looking forward to ice/ snow as it's the first time I've had a car with wide tyres and my hill is a death drop (private road we have to buy our own grit) my last car did ok with the skinny tyres, yeah I know should have got a 4x4
This week looks to be going back up to 18C and humid so you might need it againFrom having the AC on because it was a bit too hot and muggy, to lighting the open fire in the space of...3 days or so? kerazy weather
Properly dry wood is fine, it doesn't really smoke after the first 5 minutes of lighting. The issue is people burning all sorts of crap, treated timbers, old pallets, wet wood etc.Breathing in wood smoke in densely populated urban areas is really unpleasant. Anyway you big girls blouses, I'm off camping later for a couple of days, enjoy your central heating.
There’s nothing quite as invigorating as a bit of cold weather camping. The sense of achievement when camp is set up and a fire lit etc is awesome. Really wish we got proper ‘snow’ winters over here in NI as I’d love to try a bit of camping in it.Anyway you big girls blouses, I'm off camping later for a couple of days, enjoy your central heating.
