just had another light shower here on the North Antrim coast. But it's just wet and cold now. no sign of it settling.

Not sure it is accurate but temperature in my truck is showing in places as low as -8C and most places -3C to -5C, feels more like -3C when I got out where it was showing -8C though.

I'm sure today, the sun was facing north. Lovely day it was (not the coldness) but the low sun made driving difficult at times - including going north, Wish had my sunglasses with me as sun too low for the sun visors. My previous car had a dark area around where the rear view mirror sits on the windscreen.

We had a bit of snow today but not much.

The latest youtube video from the Met Office mentions it could be down to as low -15C in the Highlands on Wednesday morning. That's positively Baltic.

Nearest weather station is reading -5C real time, is actually showing -8C outside here and I think that isn't far off accurate, frost been building since 9pm but it is so dry it is only on certain surfaces but likely going to be brutal in the early morning, though quickly building out of it again when the sun gets up.

0c here, with patchy cloud. Met office says snow for an hour or two but just rain thereafter as we climb to 4c. It seems the NW coast is currently the warmest part of the island.
