Just had hail. Heatings cranking away. Generally miserable winters day. Supposed to be a few nice days after today though so here's hoping.

Glorious today. Had to scraped the windscreen this morning as it was Minus 1 but by time I’d got home it was 4c and the Sun felt warm when stood out in it. Yesterday was horrific heavy thundery showers all day.

Chilly start to the day again, but a fairly pleasant 11C out there now.

Trees should start growing leaves in the next weeks.

Yes plenty of daffodils popping up but it's freezing here, and down to -2 overnight. At least it's not raining for a few days.

Two days of washing put out on the rotary dryer in the morning and back in dry before teatime. Sunny periods and a moderate breeze.

Glorious today again, took a car full of tree branches to Newquay and carried on to perranporth, vegan pasty on the beach and sand dune walk , quite a heavy morning frost though

The forecast for the next week makes me think hopefully winter is now just a memory.

Overnight lows of -3C next 3 days here, just about double digits daytime, that is in the south. Forecast is all over the place going forward.

11c in Lancaster this morning, rising to 14c apparently. Highs of 18c and 17c on Saturday and Sunday respectively! No cloud and not windy. Time to jump to a Spring/Summer thread.
