Witcher 3

I much prefer the alternate movement style, finally got some enjoyment out of the game, tried 3 or 4 times, but this new movement has helped.

Just starting to get sucked in! Its just so big on so many levels, not even sure where to begin!!

I've slept with everyone and told both yen and triss I love them and then made sweet love to them both. Geralt is a womanising scoundrel. I believe this now means that my ending will result with me ending up with neither and doomed to loneliness like Geralt deserves.

OK so see food when it has vitality regeneration and it says effect duration, do you want a higher or lower amount?

My copy had auto-updated last night, performance is definitely worse. And the new levelling meant that loads of my gear was useless. Inventory is much better organised now, stash is cool. The world map is really laggy now unfortunately, though being able to zoom out a bit further good.

I'm loving this game, noticed a lot more "freezing" since the patch though, anyone else noticed this?

Like little pauses as it's seemingly streaming the world. Didn't get this before the patch though.

Started playing this on my Xbone yesterday whilst waiting for ES:O to install on my main PS4 (so the mrs could play it).

First impressions are mixed. It looks stunning (even on the "weaker" Xbone) but the character movement feels odd. I thought it would feel the same as ES:O (which I play in 3rd person) but it somehow doesn't. Feels like I am constantly moving against an invisible force (less fluid?!). I have set it to the alternative movement thingy which I understand is better?

Only just at the beginning though so will give it more time before deciding whether I want to carry on.
