Well we can speculate about abusive things he/she might've said but we we'll never know... What we do know is he sat on her arm, then poured a drink over her and pulled her hair. Then when she stood up to come after him, he kicked her in the stomach. I don't really see the need to assume that she said something abusive to justify what he did, and I'm not sure that words ever justify violence (even a totally bitchy form of violence).

Regardless of who said what to whom, he was clearly the physical aggressor initially.

He kicked her when she went towards him, what you know is what you see, and for most of the video, all you see are people sitting down until it kicks off. Why do you think he got up to sit there in the first place? to get a better view? He's not talking to himself there. I've seen people get abused and do nothing about it, I would never try to play jury on a piece of video alone.
