Woman Kicked in Stomach in Bus Attack Caught on CCTV (London)

Actually I have a family member that was a victim of an attack by white supremacists. I'm not ignorant enough to conclude that all white people would behave as they did though.
If you had a family member that's been a victim of the same thing those articles are reporting you'd understand.

I think his 'point' is that brown people are bad & white people are awesome.

And warriors, probably with six packs and cool long hair and war paint and dead strong n stuff! I bet they'd kill a muzzie just for breathing wrong cos it'd be against their warrior code to have outlanders befoul the soil!

I can't believe out of all that happened, all you can all do is highlight the people are black.... how shallow can you be?

you have no idea what was said, They are blatantly gay, look at their posture, what they are wearing, the fact 1 has a perfectly placed, perfectly intact lipstick kiss on his neck, the fact that it wasn't aggressively violent, infact he kicked her to get her away, the fact that she fell on concious shows it wasn't deliberate, yet all you can talk about is their skin colour -_-

you have no idea what was said, what if they are very gay and she was very anti gay and abusive? How much abuse should 1 person take before it is justified? it's 1:45am. None of the men joined in, look at their reaction to it, they aren't cheering him on, they aren't encouraging him either. It was him and her.

There is no way you can come to the conclusion he was the aggressor in a muted clip like this. Yet practically all of you jumped on the band wagon to call them out.

I can only imagine how if this forum were in an older time, you would love a good witch burning -_-

But... but... but

No actually, he's right. And lol franco_22. Why be a little bit wrong when you can be bat**** crazy, retarded and bigoted, all at once, eh?

Well we can speculate about abusive things he/she might've said but we we'll never know... What we do know is he sat on her arm, then poured a drink over her and pulled her hair. Then when she stood up to come after him, he kicked her in the stomach. I don't really see the need to assume that she said something abusive to justify what he did, and I'm not sure that words ever justify violence (even a totally bitchy form of violence).

Regardless of who said what to whom, he was clearly the physical aggressor initially.

More over-reaction when someone dares say something bad about blacks, muslims, queers, etc.

People are outraged that a woman has been beaten, it's predominantly a group of straight white males doing the commenting and surprise surprise, some of them are making observations.

All this fake "I'm so deeply hurt by racism" hysteria is really getting old. I'm shocked nobody is shouting sexism because if it was a man getting beaten by some other men not so much of a fuss would be made.

Maybe we should just report stuff like this as "person kicked in the stomach by other people" in case some weenies get offended.

So they got two of the scum now and charged them. well done the police I just hope they get a jail term. Mind you I think they will like it!

What can be seen on the video is him sitting on her arm which seems to start the whole thing off, did he apologise? as you point out we can't hear what was said so we don't know. Does he become the agressor when he moves round to 'speak with her face to face'? It seems confrontational. I would argue a deliberate kick to the stomach is 'aggressively violent' and he was already out of immediate contact range from her and could have backed away futher.

How much abuse should a person take before resorting to justifiable violence? or should it only be in self defence?

You are incorrect when you say none of his friends join in from the video the guy in the gray cap is clearly seen grabbing her hair on a couple of occasions not sure of the rest of the groups involvement but they are not attempting to dissolve the situation with their actions.

I pointed exactly that out on the first page of the thread

LOL yeah agree,

OMG BLACK DUDES ATTACK DATZ RACIST!!11

It was obviously not in slightest racially motivated and fact is yeah it was a group of black dudes.

Do we need to? Just look at the first few seconds. Her arm is hung over the chair and that **** see's it and deliberately throws his body weight onto it.

A civilised person would say 'excuse me'.

Do you live in London? this is one of the least civilised places I have been to. On top of that, it was 1:45am and they probably had drink to enforce that uncivilised manner. And it's not exactly civilised to throw your arms on other chairs you're not even using. In their drunker manner, they probably felt she was being a ***** for not moving her arm in the first place.

I actually was able to see the video last night (couldn't at work so had to assume it was even handed reporting).

Really it's hard to tell who instigated what, or even who initiated the violence as the camera skips so many frames - a forceful kick is a huge over-reaction, but it may have been due to provocation (not that it justifies it).

I see arms moving towards both parties at different points (which it's impossible to determine what they are actually doing) - he did sit on her arm, but apart from that I don't think it's that easy to tell what happened.

Either way, a person of greater strength who is in no danger should not use force that excessively on a weaker person (regardless of race or gender).

It may be a case of two aggressive people starting something with one coming out much worse - who knows.
