Women at the checkout - That really grinds my gears!

The general public walking about town annoy me. People slow you down and get in your way.

Maybe there is something weird with me, I go focused knowing where Im going and what i'm buying...

Most people just float about it seems clueless.

Women with pushchairs... argh!!

People that are walking about at 2pm on a weekday?! Get a job.. do something with your life!

It's not just you, what is it with women while walking through town they deliberately walk in your path, stand in shop doorways to have a chat, and pushchairs arrrrrgggg, they all go around in formation, 5 abreast and if you happen to get in their way then your the rude one for not walking into a brick wall to let them pass.

I was in Mcdonalds yesterday, it's a tiny little place with one main aslie leading to the counter, three women all with pushchairs where yapping away with the pushchairs all next to each other blocking the whole thing, people had to squeeze past to get in or out.

My, you lot are angry.

Some people live life at a different pace - keep getting uppity and you'll be the ones with a heart attack. Easy, fellas.

Some days I do get annoyed by people in my way, /really/ annoyed - but there are always going to be people to get in your way. Meh!

I got stuck behind some old dear in the bank the other day. She was paying in money she'd been collecting for charity which took an age. She then proceeded to discuses just about everything under the sun, including something about her neighbour’s change of address.

I wouldn't normally mind but I was on my lunch break and they only had one check out assistant. After about 20 minutes I nearly blow my top. Then to top it all off the cashier said I could only withdraw money with a cheque book, even though I've signed up for a "green" account that comes with no cheque book.

As you can imagine, I wasn't very pleased.

I'm a patient person and can wait a few mins at the checkout.

Therefore You < Me tbh!

I'm not angry. :D

I find it amusing mostly as these days I'm far too relaxed and chilled out to care about running around getting stressed, it does me no good. :)

I may seem rushing/stressed when shopping, I'm not, I just like to move about the shop quickly, grabbing what I need and paying sharpish, but if I'm held up, I'm held up. :)

Why on Earth would it be boring and annoying to be a woman - oh, unless she is on OcUK?

OcUK are an odd lot. :p

Can't see what he means though, don't think I know any women that are on here and all the women I know are perfectly sensible ones (well, most are). :)

Thats it, I'm finished.

Shopping, because women like to shop for hours on end... Surely you lot must get annoyed ten fold...with all the people that slow you down?

Haha...oddly I don't mind going shopping with women, even if they have no real aim as to what they want to buy...I'm odd I guess. :( :p

You're a bizarre person.

Some women like to shop because they like to shop. Clearly those that enjoy shopping don't mind being slowed now and again. If they did, they wouldn't enjoy shopping.

I'm somewhere in the middle - I go shopping on my own as I don't like trudging about waiting for others or making them wait for me - but when on my own I will meander about and take my time unless I'm in a real hurry for something else.

Your right I am bizarre.

Current irritations ....

- Women who natter with the cashier for 10 minutes about various non-shopping related things thus making the queue grow and grow ...

- Old people ... why the **** do they go shopping on Saturday morning when they have all week? (same with using public transport during rush hour ... they get on my tram on the way home and complain theres nowhere to sit ... you've got on at the last stop leaving the town centre and its peak period ... of course theres nowhere to sit!)

- As for people who wander around slowly and aimlessly getting in everyones way ... they should be culled like the chavs.

Hey, hey heeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyy

The trouble is that you men have no imagination and nothing to worry about except your own well being. When we women go shopping, we're also thinking about all the tasks ahead, planning for the next meal, wondering what the kids are up to, trying to remember all the things that we have to do that you guys have forgotten etc. etc.

You want broad and inaccurate generalisations - you got them buddy!!
