Ok, he lied. Ok it's a dick move. However what would a permaban achieve? He'd come back with a new account and a clean slate and nobody would know. Let him keep his Jaffa account, after a temp ban and at some point in the future someone will wtfbbq him in a thread with a lottery comment, and we'll all get a laugh.
