I got incredibly lucky on todays one, got it in 3.
I only got the N in the first guess but started train so meant the only Vowles could be O, U, E, decided to take a stap at a word starting KN as in the 20 days I've played I've not had it come up once. Knelt then got me close and narrowed the Vowels down

Exactly the same. I had 3 letters in correct spot by second go. But couldn't work out for the life of me what it would be so used next 2 goes to at least eliminate letters and got it by chance on the 5th go.

I'd uninstall tbhI know the word but did not get todays, got no letters at all from my first guess and just one in my second and third so that didn't help... think my last guess had 3 letters right, bit pathetic really

That's a great start! To get no letters on first word really helps a lot I find. Especially if you knock the common ones out first
