Hope Chile can equalise, can see them beating Portugal. Brazil however, no chance
In a one off match anything can happen. I would expect Brazil to win, but you never know in football.

Nice result for Spain and im quids in
....no more betting till the Argie match then im going all in again although i fancy the odds on betfair for Germans...might stick a £100 on them to win and see what happens...will make about £200+ if they do but its too dodgy a bet really.
Anyhow fantastic for Spain after the horrendous start they had against the Swiss....Swiss are just lolworthy...thank god they are out along with greece...2 of the most boring teams around.
Was surprised to Fabregas on so early...soft goal conceded by the Spanish but once Fab came on they seemed to have regained their composure...bit of a boring end to the game with Spain having all of the ball and Chile just looking absolutely whacked.
Should be a good one between Brazil and Chile...wouldnt surprise me if Chile give Brazil a run for their money on monday...hopefully Brazil will notch it up a gear.

£50 for the whole thing and I'd be happy with that. If sky did it, it would be so much better since they're a dedicated sports channel and can do so much more.

I was personally surprised it wasn't all on BBC like Wimbledon and the FA cup that is protected by some sort of law iirc. ITV is just as bad but with unbelievably annoying adverts and... Adrian 'I'm an absolute **** who knows nothing about football but nans like me' Chiles.

I really can't see it happening. The last 5 or 6 games have all been hammerings and I wouldn't be surprised to see Brazil win 3 or 4-0 with a few more Chilean red cards.
I quite like Chiles. MOTD 2 was a far better program than MOTD but the rest of the ITV crew are awful. The commentators are awful, Andy Townsend is awful and I can't forgive them for the Hyundai promo when Gerrard scored.
Shearer (BBC) has looked out of his depth this tournament and his report from the townships with refernce to apartheid was embarrasing. The world cup would be so much better treated as a sport (which it is) on a dedicated sports channel.

Well for me that would be the perfect result as Brazil are my team to win the WC...but you dont know as Chile have looked good bar tonight as they were pretty rash on the tackles so they were looking for trouble.
But then 7 of their players are suspended or something stupid like that for the next match lol so should be an easy Brazil win.
Saying that im surprised Chile took off their best player Sanchez...he was giving Capdevilla headaches all night long before he went off.

Strangely no calls that torres isn't world class like rooney isn't after a poor showing so far.
Torres is awesome, such a shame he isn't 100% but todays trip up was appalling to put it mildly. No more intention than Kakas sending off. Why Torres had to stay down for so long is anyones guess.

i said this earlier - it didnt go down too well with a couple of people, he stayed down for 3 minutes for a simple trip up, he wasnt even tackled. he was also holding his face.

If you can get a bet with German bookies on England it may be possible to invest and guarantee a profit. The Germans will no doubt bet on a German win resulting in an unbalanced market in Germany and the English Bookies will have taken loads of money on an England win, again resulting in an unbalanced market giving a shrewd gambler the chance to back both teams, sit back and watch the match and make a profit.
Yep but ive managed to claw back most of it through today and last night i connected pretty big on the Dutch.
Thats just the way betting is...i dont do this crappy £5 or £10 bets...when i bet i do hundreds and you tend to connect bigger if your teams win...yesterday was a bad day for me...today has been a much better day...not going to list all my bets and stakes as it would take far too long and plus im doing in running on betfair.
Well im not 110% sure if i will put any money down...my heart says Germans to win but my head says perhaps England lol so when i have that sort of dilemma i tend to stay away from those markets.
Saying that betfair have offered 3.1 odds on Germans to win...if i slap a £100 down im looking at £310 profit plus my stake back...so £410 for £100....hmmm tempted to stick £500 on Germans to win....then i hit jackpot
...but nah too risky i think.Ill just watch the game in peace and not worry about losing money on it but then if Germans win...arghhhhhh
