Any help please.

Ok I'm really confused here just joined Betfair and gone to back Brazil to qualify over the Dutch but when i add it to my slip i can alter the odds Don't understand i'm sure it's simple but i'm not working it out.

The odds shown on Betfair are the odds available currently, you may enter more favourable odds for yourself but the bet won't stand until someone else matches the bet (basically takes the odds you're offering). Check your current bets under My Account to see which of your bets have been matched.

Ah ok, so as long as i just leave the odds as they are when i betted then I'll be fine then .

Yep. If the odds are currently 1.91, when you select Brazil the odds in the box will appear as 1.91, as they're currently the highest available. You can alter this, say to 1.95, but your bet won't be placed until someone offers 1.95.

The way I see it is you make your bet£20 say you lose it they refund it.So it's a free bet in that way. Same as betfair and a few other sites.

These accumulators where you're choosing the winner over 3/4 games are only over 90mins aren't they? If your team win in ET = no win? I don't fancy the accumulators, atleast 1 of the games will go to penos.

Yeah there to in only unless you bet qualify that covers you for pens and extra time. I've learnt that the hard way!

How long dose it take to Betfair to refund your first bet you lose does anyone know?

I have betfair and 888sport refunds to come back due to Brazil losing.

they didnt look motivated enough in the 2nd half.

both the dutch goals were terrible.

brazil should have started with nilmar and played a 4-2-2-2 rather than a 4-2-3-1

I've had money on Germany, Argentina, Spain and Uruguay from the start. Looking like the Dutch are my only real threat, although I was relieved to see Brazil lose as they were the real threat.
