Here's my £20 accumulator.

Mexico -1 @ 5/1 To Win

Uruguay v France

North Korea v Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast @ 1/4 To Win

Gambling is evil. I never bet but seeing as it's the first world cup I can legally gamble, I decided why not.

It started with the £20 free bet on 888 but I have now put £500 of my own money into WC bets in less than 24 hours!

It doesn't matter if I never see the 500 notes again, I just feel dirty about it :o
 
Silly question but is Quidco legit? I bought some lottery tickets through it and never got back my cash back.

Whoa, zero - Gamblers Anonymous in less than a day.

I've put on a couple nuts accumulators, one with as many games as it would allow on game results, and one on a both teams to score, or not. I think the games one is at about a £400k return and the both teams to score or not accumulator has a pay out a few thousand shy of a £1,000,000 payout :p

I love accumulators even if I never win one, you can spend 25p a week with the potential for massive returns.

In reality I've won a few tigher odds 8-10way accumulators but only won around £1k total over a few years, with only 3-4 bigger wins, which has pretty much covered all betting costs over 4-5 years including some bigger bets here and there.

Today I've gone for 2 draws, and backed Luis Fabiano for top scorer.
As an Arsenal fan, I wanted to go for RVP, but I reckon Brazil may get further - plus there's a chance he'll get a hat full against North Korea in the group.

RvP top goalscorer is seeing a lot of money. His odds have plummeted over the last two weeks or so.

I've got £20 on it at 16's.

Other bets are England to win it and Rooney to top score (£20 each) - totally with my heart and if we do win I'll need the winnings to pay for my week long booze up :D

Other than that I have a few smaller bets. Klose and Gilardinho EW top goalscorers, etc.
 
Logged on to betfair to make a couple of bets and saw had £3 in my account I forgot about.

Put £2 on Mexico to be winning at half time, France/Uruguay to draw and Argentina to beat Nigeria. Only £30 profit, but will still make the weekend interesting :D

Fairly safe, except for the Mexico / South Africa game....
 
Diego Milito is 25-1 to be top goal scorer fantastic odds for the inform man of the moment imo.
 
Impossible to predict what Maradona will do or what the hell will happen to Argentina. He could play Palermo as a lone striker for the whole competition tbh, Maradona = wildcard.
 
Why wouldn't he play ? he is the man of the moment very in form striker won the champions league or is maradonna insane according to reports.
