Exactly. He tried to play the lampard role, but he wasnt very good at it.

Overall italy were the better team. Though i do think the first penalty should have been given, then again i think the CB was lucky to stay on the pitch after that challenge, so it probably balances. Italy played okay, but they`ll have to play better if they want to get to the later stages.

hmm iiquinta was offside and the whistle had already been blown when he got taken down. ghana's penalty appeal was a blatent dive...this match had a lot of diving, faking injuries etc :\

I said that the other night in the pub.
I'd just finished watching that documentary on Italy, and after it went off and i commented on how Buffon looks like a cross between Pacino & Zoff. lol.
