Hopefully Ghana will get back into it. 2nd half should bring some more good football providing Italy doesn't sit back and play deep with boring football.

in fairnes, Italy have had about 15 corners, so their lead is deserved, just. The Ghanaan(sp?) midfield is very good. They have so much time on the ball and are excellent on the break.

told you ghana would be strong

italy look immense going fowards, defense looks dodgy

what you actually like this guy? he's an idiot, like a pensioner talking a load of rubbish througout the game. He's not showing any knowledge that I don't have, in any case he has researchers doing all the work for him which he reads out during the game. You're the first person i've met who thinks he's any good at commentating. He doesn't even know how to pronounce well known italian player names properly.

I don't like his style either but to be fair his knowledge is encyclopaedic. Yes a lot of it is irrelevant rubbish (player A's great-grandad played for PNE when they won the cup in 1933) but I can guarantee that he prepares his crib sheets himself. He's the type of saddo who takes great pride in that.

I have many times, and I'm getting fed up of him laughing at his own idiotic jokes, mispronouncing names of famous players, thinking a reply is actually real-time (like in the last match) and generally having no clue of what's going on on the pitch. He's totally awful compared to others like Andy Gray and Clive Tydsley.
