Anyone else having trouble logging in? Keeps giving me errors after the character screen.

I just started playing again after quite a few years. I was having fun until I took a look at the AH. I selected a new player server because I thought it would be fitting. I love to play around with the AH, but when I saw copper ore going for 50 gold for a stack of 40 I was shocked. Is it like that on all servers? Surely no one is buying it for that?

Seems to be affecting some. I was logged in and playing and got messages from a couple of mates saying they couldn't get in. I logged out a bit later and saw the same thing.

Morale of the tale, if you're logged in, stay logged in

I found if you get the error on login, delete your wow cache folder, worked for me.

cant remember can people skip the queues by cross realming with people on low pop realms or do they have to get in game first?

Looks like there was a tiny patch and it's messed up addon stuff. Lots of people getting it and you won't be able to log in unless you delete your cache folder, or you can delete the file PathNode.adb which is infact the one causing the problem. That's in Cache\ADB\enUS. You have to do it everytime you want to play though as it will download.

Thanks for the heads up, that solved my problem.

It's nice doing dungeons at the moment, people learning and being nice to each, not constantly screaming "gogogogo!11!1!!".
I know it won't last, but I'm savoring it.

The highs and lows of a PVP server. Get attacked by a warrior while killing mobs, go defensive, not really hurting me, finish off mobs, start to burn him down, start chuckling as I am going to win...............bloody high level druid pops up and blows me away.

Think I am gonna resub, nowt else to play at the moment anyway.
