Yeah me too. I know that usually after a launch, they sometimes put in artificial queues to ensure realm stability, so perhaps that's what they did and now they've cleared them?
I hope this is the case, moved over to Silvermoon last night.

What's wrong with the dps or are you melee hunter?
Well I'd take those DPS rankings on Noxxic with a giant pinch of salt. I'll stick to MM.
I'm around 833 ilvl atm and they don't seem to be far off, our single target is crap unless you get lucky and proc all the time.
More targets it's a bit better but still not fantastic, most boss encounters in the dungeons are single target.
Survival is way ahead and BM slightly ahead of MM for single target atm, MM isn't even that high up the rankings for 3 targets either.

I remember MM being weak at the start of WoD though.
Well I prefer to see real world boss kills to simcraft. But I doubt that take into account you may have more down time being melee.
Also for me, a melee spec I don't count it as it's not ranged which is what my main spec roll will be in raiding, I'll only go melee if the encounter requires it, I suspect this will be rare as my weapon wouldn't be the same lvl for some time.
Given the time it will take up upgrade weapons I wouldn't pick a spec just based on estimated DPS as this can change, but on what spec you prefer to play on.

This. For me MM is the playstyle I always wanted hunter to be when I first played in TBC (first ever character which I retired in early Wrath). Pet management always seemed a bit clumsy, AoE shots were ridiculously naff (remember the old volley?)
Now MM is an awesome, lonewolf, powerful slow shots in between bursts of rapid fire.
Of course if you're not careful, you'll pull a whole dungeon room but we need something like that without a pet to accidentally do it with!
Is this expansion looking good? I'm sure I could dig out some reviews but I know what they'll say, so would prefer some personal opinions.
I feel the same tugging every new expansion but only played the last one for a month, even though a lot of people were saying it was great at the time. I didn't like garrisons at all with the 'gotta log in or fall behind' mentality behind them. Having said that, I don't have vast amounts of time, so probably couldn't play loads even if it was great.
