So I tried Twin Ogron last night... **** me it is a killer fight... We just couldn't seem to get through the quake/fire phase! The damage is unreal and people just can't seem to avoid it (and we tried lots of different tactics).
I thought twin orgron was easy as hell from a ranged dps perspective.
The only thing I had to worry about was stacking for enfeebling roar. (erm I missed every one
but the guides don't say everyone needs to stack, just enough to spread the damage)
Standing behind one of the weapons during blaze to make it easier. (got hit once according to the logs)
You should combat log fights and upload them you can see who is failing and if someone is just braindead not aware of what they should be doing you might not notice during the hectic fight but can see on the logs after like on this page
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Nt6kXHQ8hGLfP2Dw#view=execution
that website is awesome it even tells you what to do for each phase.
like quake
"Phemos pounds the ground when he reaches 100 Energy. This causes Quake, which deals raid-wide damage. Make sure to use survival cooldowns that provide protection against magic damage. Note that Phemos begins the fight with 100 Energy, so he will perform this attack shortly after the fight begins, and every time he reaches 100 Energy again after that."
if everyone has deadly boss mods installed then it should be an easy fight really as long as the tanks and healers know what they are doing.
ranged dps have to be almost braindead to do it wrong, I'd imagine it's a lot harder as melee as theres more stuff you need to avoid.
you should make sure everyone has deadly boss mods installed so they get warnings for what mechanics are about to happen you would be amazed the amount of people that want to raid but have no clue about mods.
if you have a warlock make him put a demonic gateaway down from one of the sides towards the middle for melee who need a quick escape
