***World of Warcraft : Warlords of Draenor***

I haven't even looked at Legion stuff. Frankly, I've still got loads to do as far back as Cata! Senture - I was fortunate enough to log in and find 125,000 gold on my bank character so that's two months free. :)

That's always handy :D. I lost count how much I had when I quit, but that was spread of multiple characters on different realms which doesn't really work for buying WoW tokens. Glad I don't have the stress of wipe fests in raids any more. Had some great times with them but way too many nights of prolonged facepalming :o

Some pretty major spoilers coming out from the Legion Alpha as you would expect.

DO NOT read the below if you dont want stuff spoiled

King Varian Wrynn of Stormwind is dead.
Anduin is now King.
Warchief Vol'Jin of Orgrimmar is missing in action.
Sylvanas Windrunner is acting as Warchief.

Ill most likely check out the beta to have a look at demon hunter but not sure if Legion will make me resub, time will tell.

Just resubbed as I was feeling the itch. It's amazing how much core stuff is gated nowadays behind daily or weekly objectives to artificially increase their time requirements.

Wanted WoD flying but instead of just pure time investment you have to do 10 different daily quests and a reputation grind. And without that, gearing in Tanaan is a pain as you can't reach the rares fast enough so gearing is a nightmare.

I like how much money Garrisons make but even then you have to do about 10 different unique daily quests to unlock rank 3 Inn for the treasure hunter missions.

Dude once you get wingle your way into some mythic dungeons your quality of gear will skyrocket.

Most important point is not to feel pressed into doing your garrison mine everyday or every tanaan daily. Just enjoy the game at your own pace.

That last point is exactly what I want to do now. I always had a competitive edge to my WoW playtime and never read any quests or anything. Now I want to take it easy and slow and enjoy the world.

Got a hunter around 720 ilvl and a mage around 705 ilvl, I fancy buying Legion now and boosting another class, I've got a warlock around level 50 as well, I've always preferred ranged to melee but might boost a warrior.

How's the levelling journey for a solo priest? I'm thinking of my first proper Alliance character being a priest so it won't have access to any gold or professions.

Are there any casual alliance guilds recruiting on here? I'm looking to get back in to raiding (not raided since T11) other than LFR, but I don't want to traipse the cesspool that is /2 - I have a 687 Ret Paladin and am gearing my tank warrior who has just hit 100.

Raided pretty hardcore back in WoTLK doing Yogg25 +3 whilst it was current and HC ICC 25m, but haven't really raided since early Cata.

Really easy, especially if you have heirlooms - I would level as Disc as once you get archangel you can spam dungeons as a healer and still do good damage/healing whilst questing. Gone are the days when I first levelled my priest and 90% of my levelling was wand attacks haha.

Thank you mate, turns out that I have a level 90 Draenei priest already, ha ha! I must have used the last expansion's boost on her. I'm currently doing a bit of an OCD clean-up of my account: centralising everything in my guild bank, getting my alts to 90 and my last 'fun class' to 100 and generally trying to draw a line under a lot of my characters so I can concentrate on a few.

There is so much to do in this game now that my head hurts.

ha, I remember grinding on the undead mobs at one of the farms in WPL from early to mid 50's using the odd mindblast, SWP, PWS and the undead Priest racial (touch of weakness or something) and yes a ton of wand attacks. Well when there weren't frost mages aoeing everything down. How I wish WoW still catered to multiple play styles :(

Edit - Devouring Plague not Touch of Weakness!!

Just hit 700 ilevel through Ashran in about 6-7 hours ish. Can't even imagine how long it would've taken doing the PvE route like I normally would have done.

I agree with the above though now, taking your time and not feeling pressured is the way to go.

Decided to drop the £15 for a token to pay for medallions to get the Draenor pathfinding reps up though as I can't bring myself to grind rep and dailies to get WoD flying, especially as I want to level some alts now.
