Worst Date Ever.....Rant

You got a chance to see what her friends are like, you can really judge somebody like that.. you behaved like an idiot.

Yea, ideally you would have got another straight date but maybe she was unsure so wanted to see you in a more social situation, you had a face on and were acting like the alpha fool.

If it was me, i would have flirted with one of her mates to get her attention, win win no matter what she does
 
I wouldn't take it too hard on the chin, but I imagine it is frustrating.

I also people should let him off for his spelling. Not everyone can spell 'night'. Ahem ;)
 
Does sound like this bird gatecrashed their date plans. For what reason? Who knows!? Probably didn't think.

The fact that she didn't introduce you to people and you had to make all the effort and get nothing from it really says to me just give it up with her. If she asks why give it to her straight. Maybe it will learn her in future.


Edit:- Also, everyone is correct regarding the spelling of the word "Night". It really annoyed me and I'm the first to admit I'm not perfect, but I can do better than that :D
 
my last two "dates" have involved their freinds.
1st one was the room-mate, fair enough as she was more or less getting kicked out for the night, then an other mate turned up to taker her away
2nd was a flat party/gathering again fair enough.

didnt really annoy me as i'm not the best conversationalist
 
Don't worry about it! She isn't into you, its a shame she couldn't tell that to your face and let you come along that night but never mind. Alarm bells would have been ringing when she said about her mate coming though. I would have left early!

Yeah well thats how I kind of read the situation, to be fair I just have to take it on the chin and forget about was just really annoying last night.

To be fair some of her mates were nice and had a few interesting chats with them but oh well.

Oh my god he spelt night wrong, I just couldnt bear to read it, it offended my eyes so much!! Seriously, get over it.

Sounds like she wasnt into you but was too polite to say no. I wouldnt worry about it, forget her and move on, doesnt sound like a nice girl.

Yeh ok, you may drive a thundertank, but let's be fair:

If you are going to spell it Nyte, you might aswell spell it Night, it's one key stroke extra! ;) It also made it look like one huge text message sent by a youngster (sorry youngsters, you and your txt spk eh?), which put me off slightly. (Still read it though).

Ah but its OcUK I should have been more careful with my spelling ;)

Totally get what everyones saying in regards to that.

I mean I would have declined to turn up but she was pretty insistant her mate was only going to be about for a period of time, its when you turn up and there is two there you know its going to go wrong.
 
Tell her she left something at the bar that night, meet up with her to 'give it back', punch her in the ovaries then, while she's down, give her the peoples' elbow.

That'll learn her.
