Worst Date Ever.....Rant

*Update* haha!

So she got back to me and explained that one of the guys that had turned up last night she had a bit of a thing with recently and this was causing friction between her and one of her friends....also there. She felt awkward because of the fact he was there.

Reasonable excuse but still would have been easier to split off from the group surely? Ah whatever plenty more fish in the sea and all that!

Well, that sounds slightly more promising, but still a bit of a weak excuse. It was your date with her afterall.

Perhaps give her another chance depending on how much you like her and if the date goes **** up with "friends" again then you know it's time to do one.

That's fairly understandable behaviour... in term of how a girl thinks at least. A man would let the girl know at the time.

I wouldn't call it a day just yet.

Indeed....

I have enquired about the easy get out of the fact we were out on a date, infact im pretty sure the guy when I was talking to him was asking how I knew her etc etc so he was aware it was a date.

Easy way to do things was to just split off from everyone or just explain it....

I know girls dont like to just tell it like it is sometimes but they damn well should it makes things a lot clearer.

Though its maybe not something I want to get involved in right now...

Im sure theres worse that could have happened!

Like, your having a great time she says shes going to the toilet, your sitting there with a stupid smirk on your face as you contemplate how awesome you are and how your going to show her what a man you are in bed. After 20 mins you think where the hell is she? You go out back and there she is dry humping a midget! that would be a much worse date!!!
 
Actually, the worst date was the OCUK poster who claimed he almost ended up with something up his bum although on the bright side this made it not a rape. I forget the poor sod's name though :(

Thinking about it, that one off Craig's List was probably worse than this. If you ever see her again, ask her if she's ever gambled on a fart.
 
If in any doubt as to the intentions of any date, get your old fella out, if they have romantic notions, great, if not you will soon know about it and you can walk away head held high with everybody knowing where they stand.
 
I once had a date where the girls ex boyfriend showed up, punched me in the face, and then shagged her right in front of me.

ok that was a complete lie, but it's an example of how your date could have been worse?
 
Don't waste anymore of your time on her, she isn't attracted to you at all. (true story)
