Worst player 11/12 edition.

Savic is a good call, looks out of his depth and ludicrous that a team with MC's resources have to rely on him at times. I know he isn't first choice but the whole point of being MC is you aren't supposed to carry any dead wood, just pay quality players enough that they are happy on the bench.

Based on pricetag is is hard to overlook Torres, 3 goals in 36 league games (including over 20 starts!) at a top club would be embarrassing for a £5m striker, never mind £50m. To be fair he's actually had some decent games in terms of build up play, getting into good positions etc but he's lost that scoring touch. The open goal against MU being a case in point.

There is more to Torres not being able to hit a cows arse with a Banjo than just losing confidence or being out of form.
Chelsea was completely the wrong team for him to sign for, their entire game for the past 6 or 7 years or however long he has been there is based around Drogba.
Drogba scoring the goals, Drogba winning the ball, Drogba on the free kicks, Drogba setting goals up, Drogba battering defences, Drogba on the knockdows, Fat Frank would literally have 50% of the goal tally he has were it not for knock downs from Drogba or Drogba setting him up.

Torres is/was a player who you feed, not who is integral to how an entire team plays.
He's had no service for great chunks fo games, and when he has missed the few chances he's had, its screwed with his confidence.

DeGea looked shaky early in the season, but imo He is playing very well at the moment.

Torres/Carroll both were a waste of money but I wouldn't say the worst players.

For worst player I think it could be a number of QPR players but that's mainly because despite all their signings they still aren't a Premiership outfit.

I would have Torres at old trafford any day of the week. Quality player in the wrong side imo :D Proven goalscorer for Country and when he was at Atletico and L'pool. Chelsea probably don't suit his style of play.

Hasn't Cattermole been banned for more matches than Suarez this season?

Would have to say Barton for QPR, he claimed to be the best English midfielder in the Prem yet wasn't the best English midfielder at Newcastle (oh and he's a complete ****!)

Charlie Adam - Liverpool.

Offers nothing, Liverpool lose when he plays. No drive, cant tackle, woeful set pieces etc

i haven't watched every match but when i have he's been putting in decent crosses for carroll only for them to be ignored/fumbled/missed

if caroll where a horse he'd be turned into glue
 
N'Zogbia. Awful, awful, awful. No right foot on him, no real skill, no end product, can't cross accurately, scored twice. Utter cack.
 
Surely Scott Dann is up there?

A player so bad he cant get into the Blackburn defence despite being a big signing for them last summer
