l'm sure having your ID linked to your personal pr0n preferences won't have any negative consequences or be taken advantage of by individuals with nefarious intent.Although I hate porn (and strip clubs) with a passion, I'm against blocking it because it's simply a lifestyle choice. We as adults aged 16 or 18 should be free to make lifestyle choices such as smoking, alcohol, joining the Army, having a driver's license, getting married, playing the lottery and watching 18-rated films (and thus porn) along with other choices that require you to be 16 or 18.
I think that's the right attitude. Create a user name, then there would be a governing body that can issue you with a PIN based on your user name, so that it is tied to you only. The governing body as a 3rd party would ask for a scan of your passport or any other type of ID, and by doing that, any potentially dodgy porn or gambling sites wouldn't have access to any of your personal details.
