One of the lads in a group of friends (mid 30's) has a live in girfriend with a joint mortgage and is always moaning about his missus yet insists they both get on famously. There are no kids involved.

He has been offered it on a plate with an early 20's very attractive girl.

Most of the lads (including myself) are saying don't touch it with a barge pole. Others are encouraging him.

We know the offer is genuine as the girl in question has a bit of a repuation (known by a few people in the group, she's done most of the rounds lol).

Thoughts please?
