WOW's addictiveness.....................

there really is no point in wow, in a similar regard that there's no point in most other computer games

all it is entertainment for most people, others just want to prove they're the best at it (nihilium and D&T guilds for example)

some claim it's just a more interesting chat client, for me it stops me buying other games and movies which saves me a tonne of money (untill i got my xbox that is)

I have officially quit WoW properly this time having sold my WoW account. Ive spent way too many hours on this, and have spent over £100 alone on monthly fees which I could have used elsewhere. Its just one of those games where you have to play for a long time to really get anywhere, or to achieve something.

Good luck to anyone else whos considering quitting, it is possible
