Nothing worth noting, last rep on last set of squats was a dodgy one as ended up fudging it to clear it hence the 4.5...

Still no love for OHP nor DL. With OHP I guess I should do a lot of mobility work so my shoulders move correctly for the movement.

Managed to smash through this session in less than a hour, squats felt good, 4th rep seem a possibility but didn't want to risk crashing out, next time....

So so session (maybe because I didn't isolate biceps...). Squats I can't seem to hit the 120kg for reps again. Deadlifts however felt really good and starting to really hip hinge well, just need to be a little more explosive on the lockout.
