Session killed me, 4th set of squats was a grinder legs just didn't want to work, the fatigue carried over to deadlifts.

Cable rows to finish as too tired for any more free weight exercises :(

Squatting 120?! Awesome work man.

But why are you squatting 3x what I squat yet deadlifting less than me? Given that you can squat 120, you should surely be able to deadlift 100+, or are you perfecting your form?
 
Sorting form as my back as good as a taco previously, also I can't seem to maintain the tightness for more than a few reps
 
Knackered before session started, did well considering. Bench was good, squats ankles felt tight so will have to tackle that. Rows is feel grip isn't doing me favours, finished off with some light RDL hamstring/back tightness work.

Session smashed me proper today, squats at 120 didn't feel comfortable so dropped to 110 which felt ok. On OHP my left shoulder felt 'clicky' so bailed on it early. DL took me ages to find the right spot to record my video but I felt my form is getting better.... Video below and on the form thread

Struggle session today cue excuses of lack of sleep etc

But genuinely squats a 120kg was a grind, dropped it down to 110kg and still felt slaughtered. Bench at 70kg felt ok, but didn't think I could safely grind out the extra reps.

Deadlift videos below to see if I'm getting it right, I feel I'm getting close but I'm not three yet, lockout seems as previously noted a bit forward leaning....

You're not tight at all when lifting that bar. In your setup, you need to be pulling on it in your setup and removing the slack from the bar.

Also, maybe the weight is just too light. Try going heavier, for some people they find that helps click the form into place.
 
Sorry I didn't reply to your previous post...

I have seen the video but when it comes to it I kinda auto pilot and go to dufus mood. I might need to separate out my DL sessions or put them at the beginning of my session as by the time I do them I'm pretty fatigued.

Admittedly I'm not finding the tightness as I do when squatting so something is amiss.

Nearly two weeks out due to work and exams :(

Session slaughtered me, got DOMs in my legs pretty much straight away which I haven't felt for some time now. Was all hyped for this session but with only 1.5 hours sleep it was never going to be amazing.
