Thought the week out on holiday would do me good but apparently I've just ended up tight all over and very out of breath on a lot of the sets. Strength wise I think I need to work on some of the 'support' muscles aka stop skipping OHP as its hard.

Forgot to log this and therefore nearly lost these gains :eek:

Deads were a struggle, couldn't get tight enough nor could I maintain grip on the bar which is disappointing considering the easy pull of 145 earlier in the week.

OHP was nothing to shout about but something I need to be putting more volume on a guess to improve the lift.

So session consisted of some squats, some BSS (forgotten how taxing they are) and then random pull ups, TRX rows and OHP which aren't worth logging as they were mainly to demonstrate to a friend what they actually are

Fasted morning workout, which looking back went better than what I thought. Bench at 70 felt comfortable as did the deads but I'm hesitant about pulling more as I felt my core wasn't as tight as it should be.
