Row ahead of squats due to squat rack being used at the time. Feel on a few of the squat sets I may have been able to push one more out but didn't want to compromise form or get stuck
Yea I had to rush the whole session to catch a train so warmups started a bit higher and rows to start as well but meh excuses. Need to Eat more lift more.
Supposed to be a rest day but did some for warm ups, was going to be a 20 rep set at 60kg but dang that stuff burns, so just upped the weight and smashed a few out.
