Went bouldering on Friday hence no update, maybe doing this weekly so looking to drop the SL sessions to twice a week instead.

My squats are comfortable and overtaking my Deadlifts which is strange as anything, I just don't seem to be shifting anymore weight on this lift, not sure if I am not organising myself properly.
 
Looks like he's having weak/power days it's been a bit up/down. He was doing 92 last month. Also dropped it back again. I do that I get stuck at a certain weight and add more when I feel like I'm smashing it. At 95 though I'd be adding 2.5kg just to try and sniff that 100kg.
