OK, I upped the brightness and contrast in Powerdirector so the lights were at least visible, but when I uploaded it to Youtube from directly within the program it doesn't appear to have applied the 'enhancements' 
Anyway FWIW here it is, but like I said you can't actually see anything really, especially with Youtube's compression....
