Wasnt he the guy that did that jumping/diving headbutt thing? I havent watched wwf for ages, but sad to hear that he and his family were found like this

He was a very good wrestler, a technical one. Much better than some of the crap they used to have on there with zero technique, just with a catchphrase.
Sad news, I just hope it turns out to be false that he murdered his own family.

Benoit was one of the best wrestlers around.
Very good technically unlike most of the big guys who just do a couple of moves and think they're stars.
His matches with Kurt Angle back in the day were very good.
However, WWE could regret doing the whole 3 hour tribute stuff if it actually turns out he murdered his wife and kid.
Lets hope not.

Terrible news. I haven't watched wrestling for a year or so, but there's no doubting that he was one of the best. He was indeed one of the great technical wrestlers.
His feuds with Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle were truly awesome.
Yes it was fake, but that doesn't mean that it didn't require a HUGE amount of skill and physical strength. I always saw it as entertainment, and Chris Benoit entertained me with some great matches on several occasions.

Well Vince appeared on the tribute show last night and said it's a wrestling angle so I doubt they'll carry on pretending he's dead when he's been on TV.JamesU2005 said:
