WWIIO: Battleground Europe

I remember trying to try out this game about 2years or so ago, but all it did was crash to desktop everytime I tried to load it up. Never did manage to get the issue solved, even though I reinstalled it and my graphics drivers (tried different versions of drivers to).

I may have to get round to trying to try it out again, I'm quite surprised the whole game engine hasn't been updated by now but atleast it sounds like they're making progress.

They've half way completed the crossover to the new engine. With the next patch it will be completely switched over to Unity2

Anyone playing this on Vista? or more importantly Vista 64-bit?

I notice on the website it says vista isn't supported.

Anyone who wants a couple of free months, let us know.

I wouldn't mind trying to give it a try as last time I tried (~2years ago, mentioned above) it didn't like my graphics card or something, and would CTD as soon as it tried to load the game engine.
So fingers crossed, newer computer and graphics combined with 2years of patches will mean it will work this time.

Email in trust.

Anyone who wants me to send them a gift will have to email me themselves. I won't have time over the next few days to be checking back here. My email is in trust, feel free to send me a request :)

hmm possibly interested, if someone does sign up with a gift pass, please let me know if you have to enter payment details to sign in, cheers

Have registered York and iKettles but could the others email me at: britoner at gmail.com with their full names as it's required on the E-Gift form. Have tried messaging through Trust but it only allows one use every ten minutes.
