I have the same problem i orderd a code 3 weeks ago and stilkl nothing, iv'e opened a claim with paypal

If you bought them from Jasper, he lives in America and so wouldn't be around to respond to any mails yet as it is only just morning over there now. He usually responds just after 10am US time, so there are a couple of hours to go before you should expect to receive something back from him.

As has been mentioned here too, if you've never bought from him before, he won't supply you now for whatever reason. He will refund you though.
 
I had a problem with live-codes because my surname has an apostrophe in it. I e-mailed them using the support page and they got back to me within 10 minutes and even gave me £1 off because of the hassle. 10 minutes later and I had a code :).
 
The only reason why Jasper has so many XBox Live Subscriptions, is because he friend works for the company who makes and sells them on. His friend simply takesa bunch every week/month then passes them onto Jasper to get a %.
 
Finaly got it from Live-codes

there was a problem with google checkout apparently and my mate was given some money off i think for his troubles ?
