I purchased a 2100 point card on the 26th Mar. but have not received the code yet. I have filled out his online form but have got no acknowledgement from that either.
I had bought a 12+1 a few hours earlier too & received the code extremely fast, but not the points code.
Sure he's entitled to some time off, but he should have had the courtesy to put a notice up to inform prospective buyers?
Now my payment is tied up & my kid is minus his points while Jasper sorts out his issues!
Hardly what you'd call good customer relations?

Well i just bought some yesterday and turns out as im new customer cant have them due to recent theft activity over their so he has refunded my money.
Which sucks really as i needed LIVE!! =/
I thought his prices for live were pretty good yeah only £3 cheaper but no hassle of going to town to get them etc.

i tryed getting 2100 points to buy the waw maps yesterday and he just sent me a refund and said the same.
I don't think so he would have purchased them in bulk long time ago at set prices and others are still under £30 so how do you explain that.
