Same here, plus I have Monday off. :) I've waited this long I can wait an extra day or two.
 
Unlocked it. Finding it very difficult.

2nd mission - one sectoid mind controls one of my guys who then crits another one killing him, then the Aliens other 3 goes are all crits too and that's the end of the mission:rolleyes:
 
This game is not playing nice at all with 3440 x 1440. Keeps launching at 1080p format. Changing the config files seems to to nada. Even forcing it through GeForce experience does nothing as it defaults to 1080p in game after a few second. In game does not even give drop down options to go beyond 1080p which is very odd

Hopefully others with the same panel can let me know how they get on!

EDIT: Found the issue, very odd quirk. I use a AV system via HDMI from my Titan X and DP for the monitor. This creates a phantom monitor. If the two monitors are set to duplicate rather then extend, it limits your options. How bizzare!

Yea the 2nd mission is pretty tough,lost my first Grenadier already :eek:
 
Its working for me at 2560x1080, and unlike the last one, its playable (EU/EW the mouse and interaction werent in-sync and it was horrible, had to use smaller sized windowed).

So im surprised it isnt working for 1440 UW, but its okay with 1080 UW. Not sure it helps but eliminates some unknowns.

Thanks, think it was a quirk between my Sound System and GPU causing the issue, all running pretty now.

Now we need SLI Support :D
 
my unpacking is taking an age :(

Ookla has me down for 4mb as I'm in Brisbane at the moment. If I leave Brisbane now I've set the unpack off there shouldn't be any issues should there??

Edit: So on arrival back in Wiltshire the game started packing itself back in its digital box. Heading back to Brisbane.....

Make sure you launch the game while still abroad,then return home :D
 
It's unlocked!

Edit: NVM, that just the steam page, says 'play now' and the 'coming soon' has gone, yet still unreleased in library. =(
