Building a defence platform is always best option in haktivah the drops pay for it in no time

M size flak guns and l size plasmas
I took a little group out to Hakitvah in an attempt to push back against the Xenon.
Got plenty of kills and managed to destroy their station.
Had to pull back for the time being to do some repairs, but I'm thinking of heading back to setup my own defence station in their old spot.

Been working on it gradually, but I now have a S/M shipyard, that is being completely supplied by my own shipyards (except drones, not sure if I can be bothered, unless I make missle compoments as well).
The great thing about setting up in Second Contact II Flashpoint, is that ANT and HOP ships are coming to me for repairs.
Saving my money now so I can get the L/XL shipyards along with some ship blueprints.

I'm planning on getting this game once my new office is ready but I'm debating on upgrading my 3600/6600XT to a 5700X3D/9060XT. What sort of hardware are you running this on and what's the performance like? For me X3:TC got bogged down to a snails pace when I started building complex loops.Been busy slowly building.

It’s far easier in this game to setup mega complexes.
It's on sale on steam at the moment. Down to £9.99.
I'm running the game on this hardware.

These are the settings I'm using.
Here are some videos of the game in action. It's a busy sector, but you mostly get slow down when your in travel mode (traveling really fast).
