He wanted to keep it in the original case. That was one of his original goalsGreat idea and great work; I was considering doing something similar to my ps3 slim but after watching you struggle there is zero chance I can do this with a slim.
Did you ever consider just moving it into a small htpc case?
Ok. So in order to make the new radiator fit the amount of tubing between the pump and the T-piece needed to be much less... this meant a capacitor was in the way of the fittings so I took off the cap and soldered it onto wires that are soldered onto the underside of the board...
Have tested the xbox (for a few seconds to check if it boots) and it works!!
