I am also a Games Designer myself and what he is saying is _based_ in truth, he is wrong. Not all games running at less than 60fps give a none-realistic approach. 30fps is fine for ANY game as long as it is backed up by high quality coding, which is the case for PGR2 and probably PGR3 (I haven't played enough of it yet). However, you can't tell the difference (looking or playing) PGR3 from any 60fps driving game. Infact, PGR3 is one of the most responsive games I have ever played.
