Tonight deffo!
Played a great session last night with meansfgamer and another 13k ryu called madbeats, theyre actually both very good ryus especially that madbeats was awesome next level. Its literally just shoto characters and maybe a guile, if ur up for literally just ryu/ken/akuma matches we'l play again tonight iA, my ryu mustv improved by miles in just one session. Adzz, art, distorted, nitro, vian get on the case.
I'll be on from around 9pm onwards this evening mate.
Can elrasho, Zid, R088ie and Spudmaster please use the thread to arrange the games below ASAP. It has gone on for far too long now, and the deadline is Fri 14th! If any game below has not been played by Fri, whoever has actually been posting in the thread trying to arrange their game will take the set 3-0. If neither opponents post in the thread, it will be a simple toss of a coin as to who takes the set. It's not really fair on those who finished their games weeks ago, or on those waiting to see if they have made top 4.

I'm only on upto 9:30pm this week, had some proper early starts. so will be on from 8ish tonight.

but steps must be taken! 
Quite a few of us were on yesterday but I think you normally come on much later in the evening. Give a time for Thur please mate (and possibly tonight) and then it's down to elrasho/Spudmaster to try catch you on.You have been on last night, and the night before so you have no worries mate. Keep coming on as usual and its down to elrasho to try catch you on or give you a time.

Madbeats1000 is an excellent Ryu player who I play with regularly. He plays with some of the best players in the country regularly including Ryan Hart. My game leveled up a ton since I started playing him.
He's brill, I was very impressed, very intelligent. He did some combos I haven't seen before on me, at least my akuma beat him few times, but true u can improve so much with good players.
There's another ryu called micronukex I play sometimes, he's very good. 9pm guys if u can make it will be fun. I'm training hakan now. If my hakan beats any of u, ur getting taunted and maybe even booted from lobby, blocked on xbl and a complaint filed against u

As i said i can be on most nights from 11, probably earlier from 7pm aswell but cant guarantee that. Zid was actually on on monday night but before i could send him a message he went into cheeky 'appear offline'. I know this cos when i was searching for endless battle games his 2 player lobby appeared

Zids been on since around 11pm tonight, and I have literally just stopped playing him now. R088ie was on for afew hrs earlier. Catch Zid on tomorrow definately though if possible!
GGs everyone tonight. I told Art he needs to go random to make it worthwhile otherwise its pointless, unless distorted and omh come in to kind of balance things a bit lol, but even then I think he would put up a good fight with random. Can't believe how many times I get dhalsim down to a pixel health and still lose. My normal tactics against any other dhalsim when getting a big health lead would be sit back and let them attack, lets see if they dare too. Doesn't work too well with omh as his sim attacks anyway, doesn't sit back and give you a second to breathe. BTW when dhalsim teleports behind you, is there a safe way to punish that? Overall I played quite badly today. DrSK your Akuma was very impressive today, you were right up there with omh and distorted.
I would say Art aswel but no, he thrashed us all.

You can punish teleports with standing jab / shoryu / sometmies focus ... lots of ways. Standing jab or a simple cr.fierce is usually a good option

ggs mate, crouch hard punch is best and easiest for sim teleports i feel, i think ur the same as me, lol we both got advice from all the pros about how to dp safely after people jump in-and yet we still persist in doing crouch hp.
