I've heard that myself, and it really baffles me why the system still isn't in place already.There's been one small rumour that would allow the Xbox One to always be able to play a game if the disc is in he drive ala 360. If they did this it wouldn't half alleviate a lot of the criticism.

Of course you can't, you lose access to the games as soon as you sell them.So I can install the game and use the CD key on my console and give/sell my disc to someone else? Awesome, free games
