I must confess I struggle to understand the anti XBox One sentiment from some people sometimes. If someone prefers PS4 then great, I just don't get the rabid "XO must prove to be rubbish and fail" attitude of a few notable posters. It tends as far as i can see not to happen the other way round in the PS4 thread and I'd have though bar minimal differences only geeks will argue about, in the real world we'll have two great new consoles, and more importantly new content, which is "a good thing". All very strange...

I love owning things that certain types hate. I get a kick out of them hating it and ignore them. When I'm queuing for the new iphone people will walk by and make fun but I love that they hate it.

This is the last time I will reply to you on this subject as you will continue arguing to defend Microsoft & the XB1 at all costs and it's boring, however if you read back on some of my posts I'm not entirely negative but I will point out negatives where I see them, and guess what, there a lot of negatives regarding XB1. Often I am just reposting stuff from elsewhere in here, and unfortunately for you, other than the few positive changes Microsoft have made, the overall feeling towards the XB1 from most places is much more negative than positive, and it does deserve to be posted, regardless of how much you want only positive XB1 news to be seen in here.

I have ordered Fifa 14 (comes free with my day one edition :p ) and Dead Rising 3. That is all. None of the other games really grab me.... that said I only have watch dogs ordered for my PS4 :rolleyes:

I have to say not many of the games on release really appeal to me at all. But as always I must own both consoles ! lol :D
 
100 pages on Xbox one thread to 60 pages on PS4 thread but at least half of the xbox thread is PS4 people hating on the Xbox.

I dont get the hate, I just dont. I like somethign and you like the other, you dont see pepsi vs coke hate threads.

I get being a fan of a sports team but not for a consumer product.

I like something i buy it, i dont like something i dont, random internet troll telling me in retarded casue im getting A over B doesnt really factor into my day to day purchasing decisions.

What all my freinds play on will and so far the 5-6 people i play with most are going to Xbox and Forza and thats good enough for me to start with a PS4 in a years time maybe if i really want some exclusives.
 
I sarted playing dead rising 2 lastnight and its much more accessable than DR1 was. i loved the game with DR1 but hated the saves and time system, DR2 seems to be much more forgiving and is pretty fun..... maybe DR3 then instead of Watchdogs and watchdogs on the PC....

These things are new and aren't out yet so people are just going to argue about them until they can actually get them and play the things. Things will quiet down after that point
 
Anyone know if the free game codes are region free? If so anyone want to trade my FIFA for a Forza5? :D I'm guessing on how hard it seems to get one, I'll have no takers :(
 
Anyone preordered through tesco?

Got mine for just over £400, so it was a nice price - only concern is it says delivery is by the Saturday, so may not get it on release!

Not too fussed about that I guess, as it's the Forza edition which is what I wanted!
 
Got Madden 25 pre-ordered for XB1, Watch Dogs and Killzone: Shadow Fall for PS4. Killzone has looked much more impressive than Ghosts and BF4 for me personally, I'm afraid the usual CoD hype and the fact that all my friends are getting it will force me into buying it for XB1 at launch though =(

I pre-ordered through the store, not heard what free game is included, I just assumed it would be FIFA.

From what I gather MS bulk bought FIFA licenses at a set price, so when they got more preorders than first thought, they switched to Forza, as it's their own game and easier to license without any fees from EA :)

As to what game you'll get - not sure - on the site it specifically said Forza :)
 
Ive got to say if they had done Forza from the start the free/bundled/whatever game would have been far far more appealing, especially as its one of the few games that will show off next-gen; FIFA in that regards just isnt...

No offence but i'm not sure you can apply that logic to an iPhone, Winodws phone sure...

But buying the most "cool", commercial and popular tecnological item in the last 15 years or so and acting like some "hero" is about the same as me saying i'm badass as hell becuase i love justin bieber
