Hmm amazon have said its okay to send it back with codes used for a full refund, might pop down to game then and see if they have any.

MS holding back on sending stuff out to inflate demand (or so the general feeling is). Place I work for has only got stock of a few hundred which isn't even enough to satisfy pre-order volumes.

Still can't believe my net is down today of all days , 13 months its been up with no hickup and it chooses today to have a fault in my area.
The Xbox One power up but nothing I can do as it needs internet to set up marvellous.

Amazon, I'm sure it'll take them ages to replace.

I'd like to go just buy one from game or something and send it back to amazon, but already used my FIFA and Day One code =/

Actually Amazon are pretty damn good when it comes to customer service, ive never ever had an issue with them when dealing with defective things.
Only thing is that it takes them a few days to get a new one out to you.

But i see you are on the phone to M$ so hopefully they will get it sorted for you.

Cant you just make your phone into a WIFI hotspot and connect the XO to that?
